"Fridays with Jakarta" is back!

Genre: Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Disco

Jakarta Records lädt ein zu „Fridays with Jakarta“. Alle zwei Monate im schönen Privatclub in Berlin Kreuzberg. Sound von Disco und Boogie, hin zu Leftfield Beats und Raps, Afro, Habibi Funk und anderen Obskuritäten. Eben genau das, worauf wir gerade Lust haben. Nie abgedroschen, dafür immer funky und frisch. Keine Hip Hop Classics Hit-Medleys, wir graben tiefer, ohne dabei Tanzbarkeit außer Acht zu lassen. Hier und da sicher mit dem ein oder anderen Gast aus dem weiten Jakarta Umfeld, denn „it’s a family thing“. Wir freuen uns drauf!

Fridays with Jakarta this time with Paul Souljoy the founder of the Berlin Bass Gang. His influence in the Berlin club scene has been huge, as he established his own sound and curated many events in Berlin and other parts of Germany. He comes alongside his colleague Bafouboy, the tour dj of our artist JuJu Rogers.
