Roxy
Roxy is the founder of the Sonsloo music community and for the past 10+ years has stayed committed to helping shape and support Mongolia’s independent music scene in her own way – not by standing in the spotlight, but by creating space for others to shine. As an experienced event organizer, she has curated everything from intimate local gigs to large-scale concerts with over 2,000 attendees – including the landmark Black Midi show in Mongolia.
A DJ herself, Roxy brings a unique dual perspective to her work, deeply understanding both the artist’s and the audience’s needs. Her passion for music extends beyond the stage: she hosts a dedicated podcast focused on the Mongolian music scene, cultivating a small but loyal listener base, and broadcasts regularly on one of Mongolia’s pioneering radio stations.
Lately, she’s been managing B.L.M.D and producer eid55558.55, helping them grow in their own directions while still staying true to the underground scene that brought them all together.
Mischeel Amar
Join us for the Mongolian Female Artists in Berlin event, featuring the talented Mischeel Amar. Based in Berlin, she is a German-Mongolian DJ whose soulful house sets blend influences from classic and progressive styles, spanning from the 90s to today, with touches of funk, disco, and techno.
Though she’s relatively new to DJing, her intuitive song choices and passion for creating engaging atmospheres have already taken her to audiences across Germany and Finland.

Sara Teamusician is a talented Mongolian-German indie folk artist whose music transcends borders and connects diverse cultures. With her unique blend of musical styles, Sara writes songs that resonate deeply with introverts and daydreamers seeking a refuge from the chaos of everyday life. Her sound combines intricate melodies, heartfelt lyrics, and acoustic instrumentation, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages listeners to reflect and escape. Her debut album, „Tagträumer“ (meaning „daydreamer“ in English), serves as a poignant exploration of her dual identity and the landscapes that have shaped her. Each track tells a story, drawing inspiration from her experiences in Mongolia and major cities like Berlin. Through her music, Sara reflects on the beauty of her homeland, the challenge of blending cultures, and the journey of self-discovery.
Shuudr is a Berlin-bred sonic explorer with roots in Mongolia, whose work drifts between experimental soundscapes and emotive vocal layering. Through the use of live looping, voice, field recordings, and occasional instrumental textures, Shuudr investigates the subtle relationships between sound, space, and perception. Each performance or composition becomes an evolving conversation -an abstract diary of moments captured and reimagined. With roots in Berlin’s vibrant and eclectic music scene, Shuudr blurs the lines between the organic and the electronic, weaving raw emotion into immersive, often meditative audio experiences.
Namuuna is a Berlin-based singer-songwriter with deep roots in the vast landscapes of Mongolia. Her music is a gentle blend of heartfelt storytelling and tender soundscapes, often carried by the soothing strum of an acoustic guitar, the playful charm of a ukulele, or the embrace of a warm, downtempo beat. Drawing from her multicultural background and personal journey, Namuuna crafts songs that reflect raw emotion, quiet introspection, and the beauty of everyday moments. Each track is a window into her world-honest, intimate, and designed to resonate deeply with those who listen.
Whether she’s singing about love, identity, or life’s quiet revelations, Namuuna’s music aims to build a genuine connection between artist and
audience.
